Email us one photo and your order number. If the gold finish wears away, flakes or peels within 12 months of normal wear, we replace the piece. No need to send it back, and you keep the old one. A real person replies, usually within one business day.

Yes. Every piece is finished in real 14K, 18K or 24K gold, bonded to the metal core by PVD (physical vapor deposition). PVD is a vacuum process that fuses the gold to the surface, so it holds up to daily wear better than traditional plating. Every product page lists exactly what that piece is made of, under Our materials.

Not with everyday wear. Our gold is PVD-bonded, which holds its color much longer than traditional gold plating. And if the finish does wear, flake or peel within 12 months, our 12-Month Replacement Guarantee covers it. Our pieces also resist rust and won't turn most skin green.

We recommend taking it off before swimming, showering or the gym, and keeping it away from perfume, hairspray, sunscreen and cleaning products. Damage from chemicals or chlorinated or salt water isn't covered by the guarantee. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing to keep the shine.

For most men, 22″ is the one. On an average build (about 5′10″, with a 15.5″ neck) it sits just below the collarbone. Go 18–20″ for a closer fit at the base of the neck, or 24″ and longer to wear a cross lower on the chest. A bigger neck or broader chest makes every length sit a little higher, so size up one. Each product page lists its available lengths.

No problem. Length swaps are free within 30 days of delivery, and we cover the postage. Email us with your order number and the length you want.

If the gold finish on your piece wears away, flakes or peels during normal wear within 12 months of delivery, we'll send you a replacement of the same piece, free, with no need to send the original back. Email us your order number and one daylight photo, and we'll reply within one business day. One replacement per piece. It doesn't cover damage from chemicals, chlorinated or salt water, physical force (bends, dents or snapped chains), loss or theft. This is a limited warranty; see our returns and guarantee policy for full terms.

Standard (3–7 business days) is free on US orders over $75, and a flat $5.95 below that. Express (2–3 business days) is $9.95 and Priority (1–2 business days) is $24.99. Orders leave us within 1–2 business days, and you choose your option at checkout.

Refunds: request a return within 14 days of delivery and send it back unworn in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, and we never charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges: free for 30 days from delivery. We cover the postage both ways on your first exchange.

Gifts: orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 15. Full policy.
