This website is operated by Dubai Collections ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our site.
Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you may not transmit any worms, viruses or code of a destructive nature.
Products and descriptions
We describe our pieces as they are: gold-plated stainless steel, with the plating stated on each product page (for example, 14K, 18K or 24K gold plated over 316L stainless steel). Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but color and finish can appear differently depending on your screen. Sizes and weights are approximate. Prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.
Orders and acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including where an order appears to be placed by a dealer, reseller or distributor, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund it in full.
Discount codes
One discount code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined, stacked or applied retrospectively, and they have no cash value. We may withdraw a code at any time.
Billing and account information
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so we can complete your orders and contact you if needed.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, exchanges and our guarantee by our Returns and Guarantee Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Optional tools and third-party links
We may provide access to third-party tools over which we have no control. Those tools are provided "as is", and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. Links on this site to third-party websites are not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Prohibited uses
You may not use this site: for any unlawful purpose; to infringe the rights of others; to harass, abuse or discriminate; to submit false information; to upload malicious code; to collect or track the personal information of others; to spam, phish or scrape; or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Errors and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to cancel orders placed on the basis of incorrect information.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except for the promises we make expressly, including our 12-Month Replacement Guarantee and our published returns policy, our products and Service are provided without additional warranties or conditions of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, the state in which our business is registered, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dubai Collections and its employees, contractors and suppliers from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Severability, entire agreement and assignment
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Guarantee Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us. We may assign our rights and obligations; you may not.
Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights
No part of these Terms excludes or limits any right you have which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page, with the date of revision stated. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept them.
