Where each length sits on an average build (about 5′10″, with a 15.5″ neck):
- S (18″): base of the neck
- M (20″): at the collarbone
- L (22″): just below the collarbone, the most popular length for men
- XL (24″): upper chest, ideal for crosses

- 3XL (28″): lower chest, a statement drop
Bigger neck or broader chest? Every length sits a little higher, so go one size up. Easiest check: lay a chain you already own flat and measure it end to end, clasp included.

Care
Take it off before swimming, especially in chlorinated pools and hot tubs. Keep it away from perfume, cologne and cleaning products. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it on its own so the plating isn't scratched.

What if something goes wrong?
Email us one photo and your order number. If the gold finish wears away, flakes or peels within 12 months of normal wear, we replace the piece. No need to send it back, and you keep the old one. A real person replies, usually within one business day.
Is it real gold?
Yes. Every piece is finished in real 14K, 18K or 24K gold, bonded to the metal core by PVD (physical vapor deposition). PVD is a vacuum process that fuses the gold to the surface, so it holds up to daily wear better than traditional plating. Can I shower, swim or work out in it?
We recommend taking it off before swimming, showering or the gym, and keeping it away from perfume, hairspray, sunscreen and cleaning products. Damage from chemicals or chlorinated or salt water isn't covered by the guarantee. Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing to keep the shine.
What length should I get?
For most men, 22″ is the one. On an average build (about 5′10″, with a 15.5″ neck) it sits just below the collarbone. Go 18–20″ for a closer fit at the base of the neck, or 24″ and longer to wear a cross lower on the chest. A bigger neck or broader chest makes every length sit a little higher, so size up one. Each product page lists its available lengths.
